If you’re in the mood for a slightly more challenging tour, you’ll also find what you’re looking for on Schlossalm. Experienced hikers can tackle the alpine trail along the ridge, which leads from the Schlossalmbahn mountain station up to Mauskarspitze and back. Along the route, you’ll cross an approximately 30-meter-long rope bridge.
Please note: You should have a good head for heights and bring sturdy footwear for this hike. The trail descends steeply, and the terrain is rugged on both sides of the secured trail, demanding extra caution and appropriate gear.
