Since 2002, the absolute stars of the jazz world have been gathering in Gastein to offer you unique concert experiences. Embark on an adventure for the ears, with premieres and new discoveries from the world of jazz. Enjoy the finest jazz concerts in the Bad Hofgastein sawmill and on the sun terraces of the ski huts in Skigastein.

Jazz at the Sägewerk Bad Hofgastein

The organizer of the top event is the Sägewerk in Bad Hofgastein, which has been an institution in terms of jazz concerts and small arts for many years.
Sepp Grabmaier converted the former sawmill many years ago into a unique event location. Initially an insider tip, it has been well known for several years as a meeting place for jazz lovers. The Sägewerk offers a colorful program throughout the year - from concerts to cabaret.

No ticket is necessary for these concerts, only a ski pass is required.
TIP: On Open Summit Day, 17 March 2024, you can enjoy the jazz concerts at the Graukogelhütte and at the Kleine Scharte mountain restaurant on the Schlossalm with free ascent and descent for pedestrians!
